POSITION SUMMARY
An Integrated and Wholistic Approach to Health Care Delivery
All Nations’ Healing Hospital (ANHH) is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technicians (CLXT) to join the high-functioning Lab & Diagnostics team.
- Reporting to the Lab & Diagnostics Supervisor, the positions will perform full scope Laboratory, ECG, holter monitoring, and medical imaging duties for detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions.
- The CLXT works closely with all departments of ANHH, the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) Health Services, and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) to delivery safe, accurate, and high-quality testing services and a commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of approved Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technician program
- Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Association of Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technicians (SACLXT)
- Completion of Immunology (IMMU193), Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808), Blood Gases (CHEM 289) and Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) courses are required or must be willing to complete
- Experience working as a CLXT in a rural setting and with Indigenous clients is an asset
