Eagle’s Nest Primary Health Care Clinic provides primary health and family medicine care to residents in Fort Qu’Appelle and the surrounding communities. Eagle’s Nest also provides traditional First Nations medicine practices in combination with western-medicine. Visitors may seek non-emergent care from the family physician or soon a nurse practitioner on their health care needs, such as coughs, colds, or flu. Visitors with emergent cases should still be presented at the Emergency Department/ER at All Nations’ Healing Hospital. Eagle’s Nest held its grand opening on September 29, 2025 and began seeing patients on October 6, 2025. 

First Nations Health Practitioners provide cultural and traditional support services to anyone who requests the services throughout All Nations’ Healing Hospital, including Eagle’s Nest Clinic. Services provided include: 

• Cultural Room
• Male and Female Cultural Practitioners
• Traditional Medicine
• Traditional and Spiritual Counselling
• Smudging, Prayers, and Prayer Songs
