Pasikow Muskwa Rising Bear Healing Centre’s philosophy is guided by the First Nations’ Leadership vision to ensure ALL are welcome, respected, and empowered in meeting their holistic needs in achieving optimal health and well-being.

A multidisciplinary team provides chronic disease management, outreach services, early screening and detection for kidney disease, satellite hemodialysis, independent hemodialysis and support for home dialysis.


Services include multidisciplinary chronic disease care,
including but not limited to:
• Primary care services for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, coronary artery disease, and cholesterol management
• Individual and family/group health education and counseling
• Dietitian and Diabetes Educator services
• Tele-health support
• Visiting specialists
• Outreach services and health clinics to surrounding communities
• 24 hour blood pressure monitoring
• Early detection and screening for kidney disease
• Outpatient procedures
• Satellite dialysis
• Independent dialysis suite
• Traditional medicine
• Traditional and spiritual institutes
• Spiritual counselling
• Collaboration and referral with other health care professionals to address all aspects of health and well-being (physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural health)

• Health Navigator • Pharmacist






All Nations’ Healing Hospital is owned and operated by File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) and Touchwood Agency Tribal Council (TATC) and is funded through a transfer agreement from Health Canada and an operating agreement with the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
